네, 있어요. ------- Yes, we have something.
아니오, 없어요. --- No, we don't have something.
That is, the expression "_있어요?" is to ask whether or not something is available, so the answer "네, 있어요." means that it is available and "아니오, 없어요." means that it is not available.
